I'm sorry but you're confused again. The rules in the geneva convention are not ideas used for political correctness, it a set of rules that makes us civilized. I'm sure that if you went up to the president as his advisor and introduced him to your ideas of killing civilians and burning down towns, the president would probably first laugh in your face and then slap you across the face. Have you ever heard of Chechnya? or Even Soviet Afghanistan, been there done that.. doesn't work kid. Keep dreaming about your limitation. Rome actually gave equal liberties and Roman citizenship to people in lands it conquered, that's why it held together for so long.
