Then apparently you have never seen what a Neon can really do. The thing is with so many cars it's not so much what the car can do (obviously this is a part of it) but more so how the driver handles themself behind the wheel.

I just got sold my Neon to my mom and got me a Rio, but I have surprised a number of "fast cars" in both.

I have not put any work into my Rio yet, but I did have a custom exaust on my Neon. Not a whole lot of extras as far as performance goes, but most of the things I did for my neon were for style or comfort purposes.

The same will go for my Rio, but I do think I will be having a custom exaust tip on that as well, and since it is about the only thing I can fit in the cramped engine, a custom air intake as well, and some more comfort features for it as well happy:
