Make an image in your graphics app 2. Using the rectangle selection tool, draw your rectangle. 3. Apply whatever filters you want (Blur, noise, etc) or adjust Brightness/Contrast. 4. Choose the colour you want your lines to be. Choose Edit > Stroke. Then choose the thickness of the lines and stroke the rectangle on the outside. 5. Add yer name. Voila. Done.
