Well I have considered taking bids from hackers who know how to do all that code and programming stuff and pay someone to do it for me.

Sadly I live in NYC. The only cable in town does not allow users to host servers. I know people work around that but the cable company (Road Runner via Time Warner) says it will cancel service to people who do.

So I can not actually host a server even if I knew how to.
