i like a lot of your ideas, but realistically that many ideas would take a long time make into one mod, and odds are most people wouldn't agree with ALL the ideas.

i think itd be nice, if we can make some general mods that the majority of people will like and go from there. a standard that could possibly be made into an official patch.

an arsenal balance, where the 'special' weapons are limited not based on a static number but a ratio.
1 sniper for every 6 soldiers
1 bazooka for every 6 soldiers
maybe even 1 shotgun for every 6,
the funnest weapons to use, most people agree, are the smgs, mgs, and rifles!

and of course i dont think ANYONE will disagree with having 3 grenades each. or maybe they will cause people like disagreeing with me.

anyway, we should start with a good base( a base that should have came with the retail game ) that majority of people agree with.
i mean its 'no duh' that the game was rushed a bit when it came to multiplayer balancing, which is just EA's fault, i bet the developers would have implemented stuff like this if they had the time. so hopefully we can agree on SOME standard, or itll suck going from 'realism mod' to 'realism mod' on different servers.
