Seems like we help every damn country with some kind of aid. when they need it. But them same countries rip on us. Kind of sad isn't it. Short damn memories.

I hear that we have started with holding economic aid to countries in the amounts that their diplomats have mounted up in parking tickets...My brother says that if we did it to Kuwait, they would owe [b]us[/u] money for how much they rack up in tickets...

not sure, just what I heard, but it could very well be true...
