I found that if you clear a room, move out of it and keep going. If you stay in a room they will keep coming. As for the alarm, just kill the dude, find an alarm station and turn it off. Dem AXIS guards a pretty dumb and thing everything is okay.
As for outside, just snipe the MG42 and boogey to outside the gate. Once there, hunker down behind the sandbag and snipe the two dudes coming after you. Once that is done...boogey time again....

Tank driving part. I get back three screens into it and can't get past it...argh
