Now how much do you pay for a liter of gasoline?

I don't see why people are complaining when everyday people buy $5 starbucks coffee and pay $2 for a bottle of pepsi from the vending machine. Is pepsi actually worth more than gas?

I know the reason people are pissed off is that gas prices have remained pretty steady for the last few years, but i've heard that the oil supply could run out in 10 years. So expect prices to go even higher. Even though half of gas prices go to tax. I guess you can ask the government about that.
