Then the 2pix red border, the 1pix blue border, and the offensive text. I don't remember which standard Windows font I used, it's a common one, 1 pix blue border, Red color overlay. I didn't want the text to overpower the image, so I made it smallish and off center in its area, like the 'tracers' coming off the image. The contrasting colors were common in the day.
