The ability to carry only 2 side arms, akimbo as an option. 1 primary rifle/shotgun. No military weapons for 90% of the game, only civilian availible ones. Military weapons only available if you have a map/part of a map, where the "Army" had been slaughtered.

Magazine count instead of round count HUD. Re-usable half magazines. IE i fire 5 rounds from a 30 round magazine. Change mags to keep top count after using all full 30 round mags, i can reload the 25 count magazine.
