The 80s models got better as they went on, starting when the mustang 2s came out.. it was down hill then started to pull out in the late 80s to the early 90s.... when they stopped making "small cars" and went back to "sport cars" and cut out the 4cylinder engines... Ive got an 89 convertible LX (4 cyl ) .. maroon, not bad.. but not the best, im in the process of throwing a body kit on it that i had laying around, and some mags, just got my stereo in
