It seems more like this guy did the kid a favor, If he hadn't taken the ball the kid would have gotten jackshit. Now he's received a few baseballs, a bat, an apperance on good morning america, more souveniers from the mets and tickets to another baseball game.

Proof positive that Americans need to look in the mirror from time to time.

When did we become the embodiement of ignorance and greed? Why can't people conduct themselves in a respectable manner, or at least show respect for others. Does it take a Jet and a few tall buildings to make this country realize the person next to you?

Sorry for the rant, I have run into far too many stupid people today, and it just pisses me off when people act like this.....even more so being the father of a 4 year old.
