The fact is, the dentist did that 'Oops' on me once.
He was diggin around with that sharp thing after they'd given me the local, and went 'Oops'. I asked wtf was goin on, and he said 'Uhm. Well, i kind of slipped and hit your gums instead of the tooth. Sorry m8.'
(But in Swedish, ofcourse.)
