It's a program which acts like Gamespy Arcade; it's an internet browser for finding game servers. It has a nice list of games currently supported, though admittedly not as much as the huge variety of Gamespy. But everyone hates gamespy. So if you want to find some good servers for MoH:AA without the hassle of having to close pop-ups, and stuff, try All Seeing Eye.
