No.

What I mean is that the terror alert just so happens to come after the big Democratic convention. I see it as a way for Bush to get some of the limelight back. A way to remind the American people are fighting a war, and that terrorists are trying to kill them. And they are, however I believe the decision to raise the threat level was based upon political wantings more than actual threat.
