its not a bug man, that person probably had a custom skin and if you dont have it and have force models on, then the game doesnt have anything to force, so you just dont see anything. this has been known since the game came out. now, im not saying this person wasnt exploiting this, he couldve put a custom skin in his game just for this very reason I dont know.
I used to have force models checked, but I unchecked it for this very reason.
