According to Conscript the black stoke around the tops of the two figures were present in his sig.
Draken also followed the accusation with this comment:

"sorry i couldnt find a better pic of that sort of picture, if u send me the source pic ill redo it if ud like."

He also added this comment with his "New" entry:
"heres my new grundge entry, my old one i used from one of conscripts sigs, so i made this one instead. "

If not for this I would agree, very comman source pic and all.
