TGB! is Offline Command Sergeant Major Posts: 2,644 Join Date: Dec 2003	11-02-2004, 11:37 PM If we had that system Ninty - then East and West Coast states would rule this country at the detriment of the rest of the country. That system works in Britian and France where you dont have states so much and a more solid national identity - not here. The nationalism in this country is so far below that of others.
