If you are, then you could try super-glueing some pennies in places on the car. You can buy some flour and get it in a baggy then hide it in the car, and call the police and get a search on the car, but of course, do it in a way so that you can't get caught by the police for false reports or something. Hmmm... can't thing of anything else at the moment.
