Russians made an incredible amount of good shit during the cold war, im sure this is just one example of something just discovered. almost a shame to see the system come down, but if they had the economics and safety standards like the west, the world could be alot differant.

(disregards all anit-commie/anit-soviet/anit-russian posts) Russia has always been very interested in space, and usa and ussr were neck and neck in the space race...
