Last night I made chicken fajitas.
- Grilled boneless/skinless chicken breast (w/Tex-Mex spice and Montreal Chicken Spice and a little olive oil)
- Grilled onions, red and green peppers (w/Tex-Mex spice and Montreal Chicken Spice and a little olive oil))
- Refried Beans
- Spanish Rice
- Homemade Salsa
- Sour Cream (Light, of course)
- Grated cheddar cheese (skim milk stuff...pretty good!)
- Frank's Red Hot sauce
- Flour tortillas (duh)
Good eatin'
