You do realize you're fighting about PERSONAL preference, right? I use Photoshop exclusively and I can't imagine not using it for the work I do. Does that mean that every other graphics app sucks? Not at all. Just use what you're comfortable with. If Photoshop is too involved/complex, try Paint Shop Pro. It's not that big a deal.
