Maxkill, while your in your console type status
It'll give you a list of all the players currently on your server
To the left of their names and information there is an assigned number
Find the player you want to kick and in the console type clientkick #
You dont need rcon to do this if your NOT running a dedicated

Im assuming you know how to access the console......
