That is slow smoked pork cooked to the point that it just falls apart topped with cole slaw and OK Joes sauce. A pickle spear and fries on the side. The BLT at The Blue Topaz was the bomb also. They used a thick cut peppered bacon, fresh tomatoes and lettece, and a marbled bread. To bad they closed. Practicing the dark art of turn signal usage since 1976.
