No, I didn't get it off that site. I saw it in a documentary about energy.
Hydrogen for the purpose of fueling your car is not naturally occuring. You can't gather up some water stick it in a car with a hydrogen engine and drive off. You have to refine wherever you're getting the hyrdogen from. This takes energy.
