No, I didn't get it off that site. I saw it in a documentary about energy.

Hydrogen for the purpose of fueling your car is not naturally occuring. You can't gather up some water stick it in a car with a hydrogen engine and drive off. You have to refine wherever you're getting the hyrdogen from. This takes energy.

Bottom line is if you can't get out of hydrogen as much as you put in, you're in trouble.
