Anyone have a clue about what could be wrong ? there is no bruise there or anything etc, I have not gotten hit in the ass or anything. Just one of my cheeks has this weird throbbing pain. It feels like a pulsing pain that keeps hurting every 2 seonds or so.... any clues ? I really don't want to go to the doctor and ask him about this.

Probably growing. Usually that's what unprovoked muscle pain is from. If you have any Tiger balm , Arnicta gel or any type of muscle pain reliever, rub your cheek down. If your ass hurts consistently and for a few days, I'd at least consult a medical professional. /shrug
