My grandmother makes more forms of chiken then i could ever think of, my fav = probably the roast stuff, the chiken becomes so tender and mosit it falls right off the bone....... and it is extremely tasty since it has been marinating for over 28 + hours.
I dont htink fish and shell fish should be in this contest. They are different food categorys all together.
You forgot ostrige(sp) its fucking delicious. I dont know what my favorite type of meat is though. Maybe turkey
