this all started when metalcore emerged. you generally had the Hessians (grits, headbangers,mullet freaks) bouncing off each other etc, the skins kicking people that fell on the ground and then the white belt wearing, NB shoe preppy hardcore kids doing kung fu in the pit. It seemed to coincide with the emergence of Victory as a "big label" when the only bands they had worth a shit were Integrity and All Out War. Earth Crisis shows were chock full of this shit. Ive been going to "shows" since the mid 80's and this has got to be the gayest shit yet....Now im to old for the pit....shit i remeber when skanking and circle skipping, stage diving were all that you did back in the 80's (punk shows im talking about here and i had the legendary DC scene to see shows at old 930 club>all....Chambers in Bmore....Marble Bar...
