LOOL. I'm actually completely the opposite. My friends are envius of the amount I eat. i've said this before, basically I need to put on 1.5 stone before the RAF will allow me on before failing me on medical grounds. I've tried just about everything except steroids.

1) weight gain (protein shake)
2) weight gain + gym (cardio + weights)
3) Weight gain + gym (just weights)
4) Special Diet (after being refered to dietician)
