on my server we call that an accident...it happens and everybody understands that and the guy will say..sorry...the game goes on as before...if you whine about it too long your butt is gone..i run a very tight ship on my server..and guess what...i ended up with a very good bunch of regulars who fill my server 10 minutes after it starts...the only complaints i get are,,,hey butch,,,i had a hell of a time getting in tonight,,waitted like an hour...those are the kind of complaint more server admins. should have.
