Mr_Gl@ss is Offline Senior Member Posts: 182 Join Date: Oct 2004	10-05-2005, 01:07 PM Allot of laptops have a "feature" that clocks the processor down to save power / not generate as much heat etc. Check the BIOS and see if you can disable this feature might be listed as CPU throttling or something like "cool and quite" (except that's on AMD's not Intel).
