OBL wasn't living in a Taliban house, he was just "in" Afghanistan, which the Taliban controlled. If they don't know where he is, how can they turn him over. OBL is a US asset. He is never meant to be captured or killed. If his percieved to be alive, Al Queda stays alive and the war on terror stays alive.
