The grocery store I work at if just like a nofrills (im in loblaws too) but cheaper. Our staff consists of about 8 staff members, 1 full time, 3 management and 4 part timers. Its really close nit and we go out for supper the odd time. Its lots of fun. I can never imagine something like this happening at my store.
