i cant host either.... server does not appear in gamespy and cannot be connected to by entering IP to join. also cannot be connect to by ServerQuery

details:
ADSL on a DLINK DSL-200
server has "gamespy 1" setting, max ping set at 999, first map always a retail map.
Kerio firewall with in/out all ports TCP+UDP permissions for MoH/Gamespy
as well as ICMP echo request, echo reply & time exceeded allowed (u r can ping0r me). Thats everything required for this server to run AFAIK.

server _is_ running and can connect with CK Autokick via my internal IP address but nobody can connect to my external IP address to join. easy answer would be that the modem runs NAT (which mixes up ports so MoH running on 12203 internally but this is not the same port as 12203 that the internet requests) but i cant find anything that says it does this.... and certainly no options in my modem config to map ports (link externalIP:12203 to internalIP:12203).
