congrats on the purchase. It will be interesting to play with my dads d50 this weekend. i cant imagine there's much difference between the 70 and 50. this xmas should bring an infrared filter, no lenses though loney: .

i would have bought the D70 except it was a few hundred dollars more expensive (probably worth it) but i hear its backordered for months. and i dont think they make the D70 anymore, i think its the D70S now.
