my specific example concerned a skin submitted by the author under the name "ch33taz skin".

i can understand that just as someone wants to look like a black hawk down ranger someone else may want to like like a hippy.... fluro tie-dye shirt included..... however my example really isnt up for debate as to its intended use nor artistic merit.
