Bleuachdu is Offline Senior Member Posts: 2,345 Join Date: Apr 2002 Location: Detroit, MI	03-20-2006, 08:59 PM Nein.... Visteon is independent of Ford. The plant in Ypsi used to be a Visteon plant. However, this summer Visteon sold 13 plants to Ford. It's a long complicated story, but the moral of the story is: Ford is in trouble, Visteon is doing pretty good.
