Yeah I know what you mean, I never really thought Tool were all that great....and that synth-metal stuff imo isn't that spectactular either

Still can't get enough of these guys, if you get a chance to see them live, definitely take it - Excellent live show, up there with The Roots and Gang Starr for pure stage performance....
