Actually..noone knows wtf system the trailers are being run on, its an xbox 360 game as well as a pc game, usually you can kinda tell in trailers from the sort of movement the character is making, if its a mouse its more smooth and accurate compared to a controllers habit of overshooting the mark easily.
Id assume pc but it could be either really.
