Exactly, i think it should be flip flopped, the extension cord should be as long as the piece that has the ear buds on it and vice versa. Basically the extension piece should be the shorter one. Fucking sony. I dont work out, plus i would never use my ipod and strap it to my arm, as small as it is, its TO big and heavy for my arm to work out with it on.
