yeah its my job too, however i was planning on recalling all laptops anyway within the next week or so, to service all laptops on site, so it shouldnt be that bad. However i've just ordered 3 and they have said to allow 20 days for delivery. WTF! We have people in the company that can't be without their laptops for a day, never mind 3 weeks![/quote:321f2]
in most cases with dell returns, they send out the battery 1st and then you send back the old one. so you will always have a battery
