Well...it is a requirement for living in Canad ain the first place...though I think immigrants should be TESTED a lot more before they get to have citizenship in Canada. Basically...speak perfect english or perfect french...thats all i care about really. If I went to india and spoke english id be looked at like a weirdo.[/quote:1b97b]
i was told by my professor that the Canadian Immigration policy requires people to have at least a masters degree....this is legal immigration im talking about, of course...
