Tie a long bit of rope/strong string to a door handle of a house, and then tie the other end to the door handle of the house directly across the street. then you and a mate ring the door bells at the same time and then watch as the two home owners struggle to open their doors.

Phone up a restraunt from a payphone and fully the book every table, say like a wedding or birthday party, make a list of demands and leave a fake name. of course come the day, the restraunt will be losing a day of buisness as noone has showed up to the fake occasion.

Stand in the middle of the street pointing to the sky - be amazed at how many people will stop and look up.

Go into a shop, preferably a superstore, chose a object, and just stand and stare at it for as long as it takes a security guard to ask you what youre doing.

Stand at a bus stop and stop every bus that passes your way and ask the driver when the next bus is.

Ask an old age pensioner for ID before you will give up your seat for them on a tube/bus/train.

Stand outside a government building with a sign with something stupid on it like "free guitar strings for the under 50's" and march back and forward demanding action.

In winter, dress up as a snowman stand completely still in someones garden, and throw snowballs at passers by before quickly resuming you stance, before they turn round to see who threw it.

Also in winter, get some yellow food colouring, cover a small patch of snow with it and then bet your friends some money that you will eat the yellow snow. Their look will be disgusted, and your pockets will be loaded.
