remember the video "the men who stare at goats"

or whatever the video was? it documented how military people stared at goats in order to kill them and stared at walls so they could pass through them and all these experiments. i guarantee you that everything you can think of goes on, and in addition a ton of stuff you couldn't even dream up.

weather modification, sound weapons, drugs and other things are constantly being tested. if someone doesn't think these sorts of things go on is naive imo. the way you stay ahead of your enemy is to countinually invent and advance your technology. it would be stupid not to experiment with these things.
