First whats your connection speed and also your ping when this happens Second, it could also be computer based lag, this happens to me often. my computer does something while im playing and i lag like hell, but my ping is still below 100. try shutting some things down, on-access virus scans, instant messengers, basically anything that doesnt need to be running
