No kidding. It has fuck all to do with first or third world country status - and everything to do with human error.
I'm sure shit like this happens EVERYWHERE - it may not be in a hospital, and it may not result in someones death - but human beings fuck up. Period. It's hardly a problem confined to "The Americas". |
