No. Now, perhaps Barry never failed a test (coincidentally taking a year off is no reason for suspect), but there is overwhelming evidence that he roided up, and is still using HGH (HGH is un-detectable by today's drug tests). Read Game of Shadows and you'll have so much circumstantial evidence that it's practically impossible to assume anything other than the fact that Barry roided.
