I personally prefer Qttracker. It will take a few minutes to load all the games, but once they are all loaded all you have to do is create a favorites folder, move all the servers you want to it, and never have to refresh the list again, you can also manually add servers to your favorites list using the ip. It also has an unlimited bussy tracker, add as many buddies as you like, when they are on double click on their name and wala, it shows you where they are playing.
