This whole dispute between Palestine and Israel is like that of the bloods and crips, they are fighting over turf and when one side is attacked the other will attack back. This is a perfect example of gang-style mentality in government.
It makes me sick how immature and religiously intolerant that part of the world is.

That part? This is how THE world works. Another example. "U SUX U IMPERIALISTS" "FOOKING MUSLIMS WE WILL NUKE U!!!111" /airplanes crashed into WTC /Iraq war+afgan war. Instead of blaming the two sides, we must see what they did wrong, and try to not repeat it ourselves.

so, differences in religions lead to problems, therefore they should be abolished? So we should just abolish everything that may cause problems? Is religion the real source of the problem or is it the fundamentalist people inside that religion that take things too far. They are the thing that needs abolished/fixed, not religion.

Fundamentalists at one point were "regulars" in the religion they practice. So yeah, abolish religion.

so if your computer gets spyware and starts sending it to other computers, you smash your computer? No. you fix the spyware, aka the extremists or the reason they exist.

you get the point, just because a small part of the whole decides to do something bad, it doesn't mean the whole thing is. The answer isn't to get rid of the whole, it's to get rid of the bad part, especially when the good part is beneficial.

Heh, Americans went to war in Iraq to topple Hussein and spread democracy. Democracy has now spoken and the people want HAMAS in charge. Forbidding them/opposing them would completley destroy the whole image of wanting a democracy in the Middle East.

Funny, I actually had to give a briefing on the Hamas organization today in my class. Too bad I can't tell you anything really good about them since it's pretty much all classified.
