I make $10 an hour oOo: ..not incredibley high paying. I got it for work, and for going to LANs.

As far as the processor is concerned, most the time it's done through the bios. However there are some motherboards that come with programs to do it while running Windows. You could use either way but I'd suggest bios if you were wanting it to stay every time you booted up. The reason I say that is because the programs that you can OC with will not load your settings until either Windows has started or you tell it to (at least not the one I've used).
And for the graphics card it depends on brand card you use. I dont know about ATI, but for my NVIDIA I just used the desktop manager to change the clock frequencies.

yeah milla, videocard overclocking is easier than getting into gervs pants. cpu overclocking isnt that complicated once you know what youre doing.
